We are happy to announce two new board members:
Brian Mealy
Brian is a life-long resident of the North Fork, who grew up with a strong sense of community and appreciation for our bucolic surroundings. Always involved with charities, he will continue his generosity with Peconic Green Growth. Brian currently works on the USDA Golden Nematod program and is a library clerk at the Floyd Memorial Library in Greenport, NY. He will be invaluable in his experience with community outreach, concern for environtmental issues facing our towns, and balanced approach to informed solutions to those crucial issues.
Nancy Messer
Nancy has 25 years of commercial lending experience and a MBA in Finance. She is currently the commercial lending officer on the North Fork for the Bridgehampton National Bank. She hopes to contribute to PGG through the relationships she has developed with the local Chambers of Commerce and business groups. On almost a daily basis Nancy can be seen swimming and running along our shores. As a result, the quality of local waters is especially important for her.
